Temperatures are dropping and for those of you who continue flying through the winter your FAA Safety Team is providing an informative seminar on cold weather operations. This interactive seminar will include tips, techniques and hands on examples to best mitigate the negative effects of cold weather operations for both occupants and aircraft.

A discussion hosted by aviation professional John Likakis and Maintenance Personnel from Hildt Aviation Bennington, and the Albany FAASTeam. 

Prior to attending a safety seminar, please review and abide by current CDC, State and Local health guidelines.

This seminar is designed to refresh the pilot's memory. Pilots should assure themselves that they have obtained adequate knowledge for the flight they are about to undertake.

The world renowned public speaker and aviation professional John Likakis will be presenting. John is the former editor of Light Plane Maintenance Magazine, author of the book “Appendix A, the Pilot’s guide to owner maintenance”. Former editor of Aviation Safety Magazine, Aviation Consumer Magazine, Certificated safety management systems & Aircraft Accident Investigation from the university of Southern California. John is also an Advanced Ground Instructor and an Avionics Repairman under Airborne Avionics.
