For those not local to the Reno area a  special room rate has been secured; check-in at the El Dorado Hotel, Tuesday, December 13. The meeting begins 8am Wednesday, December 14. For the AAF group rate, it's necessary that you make your reservation by November 21. If you have problems call: Jennifer Fitzpatrick, Director of Convention Services, 775-325-7143. Standard room rate is $48.00 per night, plus a $35 resort fee, plus taxes. Check-in is 3:00 pm and checkout is noon. This Discount Expires on November 21, 2022!!

Hospitality rooms with food and beverage served Tuesday and Wednesday evenings as well as a continental breakfast Wednesday morning.
