Brief Description:
Temperatures are dropping and for those of you who continue flying through the winter your FAA Safety Team is providing an informative seminar on cold weather operations. This interactive seminar will include tips, techniques and hands on examples to best mitigate the negative effects of cold weather operations for both occupants and aircraft. This seminar will be moderated by a 15-year Alaskan commercial operator so bring your thoughts and questions on cold weather ops to the warm environs of the Town of Ulster Senior Center on the evening of 1 December.

This seminar is designed to refresh the pilot's memory. Pilots should assure themselves that they have obtained adequate knowledge for the flight they are about to undertake.
The FAA defines preventative maintenance as "…simple or minor preservation operations and the replacement of small standard parts not involving complex assembly operations."
