Additional Event Information & Acknowledgement of Industry Sponsor(s):

This is one of our most important workshops to continue with our runway safety efforts at Orlando International Airport.

This workshop is a joint effort between FAA MCO Air Traffic Control Tower and GOAA’s Airfield Operations. The purpose of this RSAT workshop is to bring together all players that are actively involved with operating on the Air Operations Area (AOA) / Movement Areas. We look for participation from all airport interests (pilots, ARFF, airport operations & maintenance personnel, airlines, ground handlers, FBO personnel, and contractors).

Participants will have an opportunity to participate in case studies, engage in discussions on Movement Area procedures and issues, and help develop recommendations and solutions to enhance operations on the AOA / Movement Areas. These recommendations serve as the foundation for the Runway Safety Action Plan for Orlando International Airport.

You are cordially invited and strongly encouraged to attend.

 No RSVP is required.

A Pilot/Controller Forum will follow the RSAT (1200-1300). Pilots and Controllers are encouraged to remain for that.

If you require parking accommodations, you may park in any one of our parking garages. Parking validations shall be available.

Special Thanks to GOAA Airport Administration for graciously sponsoring this event and making available their conference facilities!
