Brief Description:

Bill’s career as a meteorologist focused primarily on air quality, with many years of using aircraft to conduct air pollution research throughout the country.

Many of the meteorological conditions that lead to poor quality are conducive to low ceilings and visibilities.  Bill will explain how these processes work, and how this knowledge of meteorological processes can be used in flight planning.
