Brief Description:

Seaplane activity on the lakes and rivers in Washington and Idaho increases each year as our area becomes more popular for flying visitors and new pilots moving to the area. Before we start the flying season we want to take some time to discuss best practices and share our experiences and concerns.

This event is in conjunction with the annual Washington Seaplane Pilots annual Priest Lake Fly in - everyone is welcome. Addition information is available from the Washington Seaplane Pilots Association  

Breakfast will be available at the event starting at 0800. 

Please register for this event using the FAA Wings registration information link above. This will provide our hosts with the number of people expected to attend.

Seaplane parking on the water may be limited due to the number of aircraft attending.

An alternative is to land on the grass runway at Cavanaugh Bay (66S) if your aircraft can safely use a grass runway. More information on the Cavanaugh Bay Airport Operating Procedures is available at Cavanaugh Bay Airport Operating Procedures
