Mr. Gary Martin in the Aircraft Maintenance Division, AFS-300, has been assigned FAA Headquarters responsibility for the Charles Taylor Master Mechanic Award Program.
Mr. Martin replaces Mr. Bill O'Brien who is retiring from the Federal Aviation Administration in January 2007.
