Please use extra caution on Taxiway Charlie at HNL Airport; there have been incidents where HEAVY turbines have turned engines without contacting Ground, so be on the lookout for turning anti-collision beacons. Working groups are forming to address this issue, but for now IF YOU SEE A TURNING ANTI-COLLISION BEACON ON AN AIRCRAFT, EXERCISE EXTRA CAUTION TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO JET-BLAST HAZARD BEFORE YOU TAXI SO AS TO IMPERIL YOUR AIRCRAFT.  Remember: THE EMPENNAGE YOU SAVE COULD BE YOUR OWN!!!
