#1 Runway Incursion hotspot is at Las Vegas

If you fly into North Las Vegas (VGT), DON'T GET BURNED by The hottest 'Hot Spot' in the US.  90% of the incursions are done by transient pilots. This was discussed at length by the National Runway Safety Governance Council; it really is a big deal. We're doing everything we can to disseminate information so as to support local efforts and put out this 'Hot Spot.' PS It looks like a pretty straightforward intersection, so when you look at the attached picture, please let me know if you 1) see why pilots are taxiing past this hold short line and 2) do you have any ideas for a cure?. Always review your airport diagram before you start to taxi and stay safe out there.
